Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience, or experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • ICD-705 Subject Matter Expert
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and to flex schedule as required to meet business need
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Enforcing and monitoring security procedures; ensure compliance with all aspects of the government and company security policies and procedures related to: physical access to buildings, room, couriers, clearances, packages, documentation and debriefings.
  • Possess a high level of understanding and previous application of the ICD 705, to include, but not limited to; development of SCIF accreditation documents, intrusion detection systems, access control devices, TEMPEST requirements, drawings/specifications, etc. for DoD and IC customers.
  • Interface with program managers and maintain liaison with US Government Program Security Officers.
  • Develop and implement security procedures in coordination with management personnel.
  • Conduct security briefings and maintain security education programs. Investigates losses and security violations; may recommend corrective action. Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management informed of all security activities.
  • Ensures destruction of classified and company proprietary information in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assists in revision of procedures manuals. Work performed in the area of security is performed in accordance with DCSAS (Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency), NSA (National Security Agency), and/or other applicable agencies which conduct regular security audits and/or investigations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, as well as ICD documents
  • Familiarity with EQIP, DISS, and/or other Industry software applications
  • Familiarity with personnel and physical requirements among the Intelligence Community and DoD
