Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B tech experience is a must, with experience marketing to IT leaders
- Expert in channel strategy, content creation, and message prioritization
- Proven track record of building brand awareness and engagement with IT leaders
Responsibilities
- Develop a holistic social media and community management strategy in service of Dashlane’s marketing goals
- Create and deploy engaging content across our various social media platforms
- Lead day-to-day social posting and community management, including customer troubleshooting and issue handling (particularly on Reddit), in close partnership with our customer success team and subject matter experts
- Set the social plan and editorial calendar for product launches, brand campaigns, events, reports and other integrated marketing moments
- Lead social metrics tracking and reporting to Dashlane leadership
- Work closely with paid social media team as part of overall marketing strategy
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the impact of our social media presence

- Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in social strategy and planning
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- An ability to adapt to change quickly, operating with minimal process and structure
- An understanding of how social media fits into a company’s overall marketing strategy
- Basic knowledge of visual design
- Experience in security is a plus
