Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 3-5 years of client-side marketing experience; and 1-2 years of agency experience preferred
- Expertise managing all social media platforms with a strong understanding of other digital channels
- Strong portfolio of past work and references required
- Travel to Chicago 1-2 times per year
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with our brand vision and business objectives
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that tells our brand story, and resonates with our target audience to drive new patient acquisition and existing patient engagement
- Oversee and execute daily posting and platform management, ensuring consistent high-impact messaging
- Identify trends, opportunities, and ideas to support the development of our ongoing content strategy
- Cultivate and engage with an active digital community, and foster meaningful conversations and relationships with current and prospective patients
- Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with national and local ambassadors, wellness brands, and industry leaders to amplify our reach
- Establish growth goals, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to optimize results
- Provide regular, insightful performance updates
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of agency experience preferred
