Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required
- 3 years of relevant experience in a social media or digital marketing role
- Solid experience with multi-media content creation
- Knowledge of keywords and hashtags
- Understanding of targeted ad setups, budget management, analysis and optimization
- Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level social media tools, preferably PromoRepublic or Hootsuite
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client issues and challenges
Responsibilities
- Drive and support Franchisee and Vacation Consultant success through best-in-class service and support of tools, processes, and implementation of strategic social media imperatives
- Oversee execution of paid ads to drive RSVPs for Franchisee in-store events to support our Core Promotions
- Lead initiatives and incentive programs that drive behavior to increase overall social media performance for our Core Promotion posts including Impressions, Reach, Engagement, RSVPs, and Leads
- Participate in the structure and content of service agreements with external agencies
- Oversee key performance metrics, identify when are out of normal range and propose actions to manage
- Oversee social media strategies that drive metrics in support of departmental goals
- Understand (internal and external) customers’ needs, and develop the skills necessary to help customers understand business challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set up and help administer Franchisee Facebook business pages
- Create training materials for our Social Media Tool ‘SocialHUB’
- Host training webinars for our Franchisees and Vacation Consultants on how to make the most of their social media presence
- Attend off-site training events and host social media workshops where necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce and travel (cruise) industry experience
- Video Editing Skills
- Basic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in HTML
