Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience
- Languages: C and C++
- Microsoft Visual Studio IDE
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech product development environment.
Responsibilities
- Plans, designs, develops and tests software/firmware computer programs for Science and Research applications
- Writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of software systems
- Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design
- Tracks and manages product development tasks and projects.

- Languages: C, C++, C#, MatLab, LabView, Python
- Infrared cameras
- Image acquisition and processing
- Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- Qualcomm and NXP embedded platforms
- Microchip PIC Microcontrollers (MPLAB IDE)
- Apple iOS and Android development platform(s)
- Linux desktop and/or embedded development platform(s)
- Source control (Perforce preferred)
- AGILE software development methodology
