Requirements
- A strong desire to directly understand customer problems and design solutions for them
- Experience working with data models in relational databases
- “T-shaped” skillset: shallow knowledge across the stack and depth of experience in one area
- Experience breaking down, planning, and executing ambiguous projects
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Familiarity or interest in Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, or Next.js
Responsibilities
- Build critical systems, services, and customer-facing features end-to-end
- Break down high-level goals and dive into ambiguity
- Experiment to find the best solutions
- Contribute heavily to building the company’s team and culture
