Senior Software Engineer

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related quantitative field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering new products in research or startup environments
5+ years of software engineering and/or product engineering experience
2+ years of industry experience in AI with demonstrated results
Experience building Generative AI applications, specifically Agentic flows, RAG, or any state of the art methods in leveraging language models
Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI applications that leverage foundational models
Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering
Ability to drive 0-1 / MVP projects, rapid prototyping

Drive AI projects end to end, working in a cross-functional setting
Be a thought leader in the company in the latest developments in the AI field, including following industry trends and the latest papers
End to end development of AI applications, including method and model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, performance assessment, and collaboration with engineering teams to integrate AI into broader systems
Collaborate with experienced engineers, products and design to continuously evolve and improve AI-powered products
Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI products in production
Contribute to the development of our agent framework and capabilities
Help establish best practices for AI development and deployment
