Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in AI/ML, backend systems, or high-growth startups.
- Strong experience with LLMs, AI model development, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in data engineering and dataset construction for training AI models.
- Strong coding skills with Typescript, Python, or other AI-relevant languages.
- Experience with Agentic AI workflows and chatbot-style LLM interactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools that integrate with the Bubble Editor, allowing users to generate and modify web applications using natural language.
- Design and implement Agentic workflows that enable LLMs to interact with Bubble’s JSON-based app representations.
- Build and optimize proprietary AI models trained on domain-specific datasets.
- Work with large-scale public models while designing strategies to fine-tune and adapt them to Bubble’s use cases.
- Optimize LLM performance and accuracy when interpreting and modifying applications.
