Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack or backend-focused experience
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with LLMs
- Prompt engineering / evaluation / management
- Summarization of large document sets
- Embedding-based search
- RAG applications
- Audio generation and conversational AI
- Agentic applications
Responsibilities
- Synthesize rich, pre-visit clinical summaries for our NPs using LLMs over patient charts
- Uncover care gaps and predict future risk with deep analysis of patient records
- Provide conversational patient support with AI voice assistants to ease visit coordination
- Predict engagement behavior for optimized patient outreach
- Orchestrate multimodal AI agents to streamline patient care navigation

- Technical leadership: Successfully led technical teams
- Mentorship & coaching: Ability to guide and develop engineers
- Work delegation & execution: Breaking down and distributing tasks effectively
- People management experience (Nice to have)
