Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps or related roles.
- Strong technical skills across software engineering, programming, systems architecture, scalability, security, cloud technologies and automation.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve complex technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Software engineering of existing and new software stacks
- Administer and monitor our team’s core infrastructure components including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design/implement technology solutions.
- Develop and document standards, processes, and automation for IT operations and system administration.
- Implement and maintain security controls, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Provision, configure, and support corporate business applications and productivity tools.
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for optimizing Anthropic’s technology stack.
- Assist with IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and changes following defined processes.
- Assist with the implementations and development of Corporate systems like HRIS, provisioning, and critical business software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Corporate engineering best practices, processes and performance monitoring tools.
- Possess a solid understanding of software development principles and coding abilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
