Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on working experience with BS degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, or a similar technical field
- Experience in programming languages such as C# or Python or Java
- Experience with API design patterns and server-side architecture/design
- Drove cross-functional projects to build consumer facing products.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the backend development on our Search and Feeds systems.
- Mentor junior engineers on the team through formal mentoring and leadership by example.
- Own projects from technical specification, execution and launch.
- Collaborate with product, design and cross-team collaborators to uphold execution quality and velocity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with A/B testing (Bonus)
- Familiarity in search or recommendation systems (Bonus)
