Requirements
- Advanced Python Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Deep knowledge in Cloud Infra technologies like AWS and Kubernetes. Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team and manage Planning/Execution
- Product Sense: A strong intuition for identifying product value, understanding market needs, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engineering tooling to enhance productivity.
- Scale our infrastructure to enable for cost efficiency
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and optimize deployments.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to distill complex problems into technical solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years experience in software development or DevOps.
- Experience in a environment with 24/7 operational needs (ex fintech)
- Proven track record in enhancing engineering productivity and scaling infrastructure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern cloud and DevOps technologies
