Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SAAS companies.
  • Strong technical skills with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
  • Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Integration experience.
  • Experience with front-end website development (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large complex enterprise clients.
  • Design, architect, and implement effective solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of nonprofit organizations.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations and work under pressure to deliver results, juggling many active implementations simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-up experience.
  • Salesforce development.
  • Nonprofit or eCommerce experience.
  • Experience working with International (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams is a plus.
