Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner engineering as a Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management role in a B2B SaaS or API-focused company
- Strong technical expertise in API design, integrations, and best practices, with a solid understanding of RESTful and async APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying the root causes of technical issues and crafting scalable solutions
- Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer success and shape product features based on customer feedback
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, resourceful, and passionate about creating outstanding developer experiences
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to scale a rapidly growing platform and establish a world-class technical support framework.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for key publishers on the Postman API Network, providing hands-on support and guidance to help them succeed
- Lead technical onboardings and architectural reviews to ensure that publishers’ API integrations and public workspaces are optimized for performance, scalability, and developer experience
- Scale onboarding and enablement efforts for new and existing publishers by creating detailed technical guides, tutorials, and example collections that demonstrate best practices and advanced features
- Collaborate with Product, DevRel, and Success teams to provide proactive technical solutions, integrate new platform features, and improve publishers’ workflows
- Partner with publishers to co-design and implement API use cases, automation solutions, and demo experiences that drive growth and engagement
- Advocate for publishers by capturing technical requirements and collaborating with internal teams to shape product roadmaps and build impactful features
- Track and analyze key metrics, using data-driven insights to identify and address technical challenges, improve API performance, and enhance the overall publisher experience
- Evangelize the Network’s technical offerings, showcasing the power of new features like Flows and automation tooling during Quarterly Workspace Reviews and Publisher Connect Meetups.
