Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting and professional services, particularly within enterprise content management
- Leverage expertise in Federal and State/Local Government to uncover customer’s needs and provide tailored recommendations on how Box Consulting can drive business outcomes
- Navigate complex service agreements, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration with customer and partner expectations in the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Communicate the value of Box’s technology solutions effectively to foster strong client relationships
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management and large-scale implementations
- Ability to articulate, defend and drive strategy at all levels of the organization internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Positioning and selling high-value, outcome-oriented consulting engagements to Box’s Public Sector customers
- Executing as a leader for the region and working with regional sales teams to drive both net new deals and existing deals
- Interfacing directly with C-Suite and leadership at strategic commercial and enterprise accounts to pitch, solution, negotiate, and close consulting deals
- Leading the creation, presentation and delivery of the final Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure Box enterprise customers are set up for successful engagements
- Partnering with the Account team during the discovery and demonstration process to ensure that the customer’s requirements are fully understood and included in the implementation SOW
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services or consulting background, especially with SaaS and Enterprise technology experience
