Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company; 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role
- Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement or Messaging technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical understanding around APIs, SDKs, Databases, Servers
- Experience with API integrations
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, helping to surface customer needs and enable our product and engineering teams to prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes, ultimately increasing our number of enterprise customers
- Collaborate internally to maintain our external security documentation, demo environments and serve as a Sales Team liaison for product requests
- Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process for prospective customers
- Support solution selling and work cross-functionally with customers and internal partners to find solutions
- Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, communicate client needs to R&D teams
- Lead and successfully execute POCs and POVs, building trust and collaboration with key technical stakeholders, to drive successful completion of engagements.
- Aid and help secure technical, business, and security wins.
