Requirements
- A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, …) and 4+ years of experience building Machine Learning and AI systems OR Master degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience building Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and modern libraries (e.g., Pydantic, FastAPI, …).
- Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, …) and ecosystems (e.g., HuggingFace).
- Proficiency in AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, …).
- Proficiency in software development best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD, …).
- Working knowledge of cloud development (e.g., familiar with any of AWS, Azure, GCP).
Responsibilities
- Set the company’s AI roadmap in collaboration with our leadership.
- Work in collaboration with a growing team of AI Engineers on the design and execution of AI Proof Of Concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with Product leaders and Engineers from other teams to productionize successful POCs.
- Set and maintain high development standards for the team.
- Have fun experimenting with new technologies and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field (e.g., through conferences, professional networks, …).
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes or other container solutions.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, …).
- Familiarity with other languages (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Rust, …).
