Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes on GCP (or equivalent)
- 3-5+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable systems
- Experience in developing GenAI or traditional ML/AI-powered products
- Demonstrated technical leadership and architectural expertise
- A passion for delivering high-quality software products
- Proven experience in shipping production-ready products with user feedback
- A commitment to code and product quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable LLM solutions across Ironclad’s product ecosystem
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to a high-performing engineering team
- Contribute to and enhance our TypeScript codebase using agile methodologies
- Evaluate and integrate emerging LLM technologies
- Utilize data-driven decision-making through product and engineering metrics
- Participate in team growth through interviewing and mentoring
- Develop data-intensive solutions to support Ironclad’s scaling efforts
