Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a BS or MS degree or equivalent military experience required
- Software Development or QA experience in the cybersecurity, networking and related areas
- Experience in writing test plans and test cases, strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools and procedures
- Strong Python (or other similar) Scripting and/or automation
- Strong experience in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
- Strong experience in L4-L7 protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP)
- Experience with installation and configuration of (HTTP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, MAIL Protocols, etc.) on linux and windows environments
- Understanding of how the Internet works at a network packet level is essential
- Experience with open source test and Network traffic generating tools and good to have experience with typical test tools from Spirent, Breaking Point, and Ixia
- Knowledge and experience of next generation firewall and its IPS engine is a plus
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS,GCP,Azure or any other cloud)
