Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience in operations / manufacturing or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or manufacturing
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Computer literacy working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using SAP enterprise resource planning software
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of production control strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement
  • Workforce planning and forecasting
  • Employee hiring and training, specific focus on PRISM/SAP applications
  • Area layout and material flow management
  • Capital identification and control of overhead expenses
  • Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Provide superb customer service and foster in employees
