Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience in operations / manufacturing or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or manufacturing
- Prior leadership experience
- Computer literacy working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience using SAP enterprise resource planning software
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment of production control strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement
- Workforce planning and forecasting
- Employee hiring and training, specific focus on PRISM/SAP applications
- Area layout and material flow management
- Capital identification and control of overhead expenses
- Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
- Provide superb customer service and foster in employees

- Ability to understand complex systems and processes
- Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, and coaching
- Management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), Strong Presentation Skills
- The ability to motivate a team towards a shared vision
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to lead through influence
