Requirements
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twenty (20) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twenty (25) years’ SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules
- Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Lead Developer, Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities
- Facilitating agile processes
- Communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers
- Working with the technical team and Government leadership to prepare schedule inputs
- Communicating dependencies, impediments, and risks
- Communicating with Freedom Program Management team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing test procedures
- Experience managing systems in virtual environments such as AWS
- Experience with Atlassian Suite products including Confluence & Managing Jira
- Experience providing system administration support in Windows and Linux environments
