Requirements
- Strong experience in managing and deploying Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions (or other related technologies)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Entra ID/Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization
- Develop and maintain policies, configurations, and compliance standards for Windows devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Create and manage device configuration profiles, applications, and updates to maintain a consistent user experience and ensure software is up-to-date
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive device management strategy, incorporating best practices and industry standards
- Assist in developing & maintaining documentation related to Intune configurations, policies, and procedures
