Requirements
- Proficient in ServiceNow
- Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its taxonomy
- Understanding of CMDB terms, relationships, and functions
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Ability to utilize relational data models effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 4 – 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with team workload and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Build and execute queries using the CMDB Query Builder
- Understand and generate reports to provide insights
- Analyze data to support decision-making processes
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, information systems, or similar field preferred
- ITIL 4 Foundations Certified preferred
