Requirements
- 7+ years of global recruiting experience across multiple roles, including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, General Administration and Marketing
- Over 7 years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS company
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, startup environments
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across multiple departments
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted JDs and Role Scorecards
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline (passive and active)
- Oversee the hiring process to provide an excellence experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Use Lever Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate data to produce weekly analytics and insights
