Requirements
- Master’s degree and/or PhD; at least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Expertise in overseeing organizational analysis to support the identification of training deficiencies, particularly with regard for assessing workforce skillsets and enabling their development and utilization for advanced mission support.
- Extensive experience designing training programs and providing recommendations for training initiatives to government stakeholders.
- Experience implementing the PADDIE+M approach used by the Navy
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.
- Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- The Technical Analyst/Facilitator III conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
- Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.
