Senior Technical Program Manager

10+ years’ experience gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed functional design specifications.
10+ years’ experience managing projects with Agile methodology.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
Solid understanding of technical architecture for sophisticated and highly scalable back end applications.
Proven track record of building and optimizing data sets, ‘big data’ data pipelines and architectures.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills associated with working on unstructured datasets.

Help Build business-critical backend systems using stream processors and high-quality data pipelines.
Work in a cross-functional team of Engineers and Data scientists to design and deliver large scale batch and real-time data pipelines on AWS.
Help assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
Perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions.
Build processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency and metadata.
Facilitate planning, retrospectives, and other meetings necessary to keep the team in sync.
