Senior Technical Program Manager

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong focus on infrastructure, operations and security, understanding of infrastructure technologies, zero trust architecture, cloud platforms, networking and security
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and key executives
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Jira

Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations; manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goals
Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives
Facilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams; track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues.
