- Experience working on multiple tech stacks
- Experience with establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with identifying critical technical problems and opportunities
- Experience with delivering end to end technical programs through effective execution while meeting quality and performance requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage Engine programs end-to-end with cross functional teams, build strong alignment between program objectives and company’s long-term vision
- Work with Eng and PM leads to define workflows and scopes of work, milestones and plans of execution in standard documents
- Contribute to holistic program direction. Identify gaps in the strategy, definition and execution of the end-to-end projects and develop plans for improvements.
- Enable engineering teams to stay focused on priorities and reliably manage all project phases.
- Establish and maintain effective cross functional communication and collaboration.
- Drive the build, release, expansion, and adoption of technologies. Build the task force to automate manual efforts.
- Constantly communicate the health of program/projects, risks and implications to timelines with technical and product leads, and stakeholders.

- A technical leader with domain expertise in software engineering or system engineering
- Data driven strategic thinker who is capable of conveying ideas that materialize in solid planning and day-to-day execution to deliver quality products
- Able to turn specific solutions into systems that benefit larger communities in the long run
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment with competing resources and priorities
- Knowledgeable about user needs, scoping, planning, execution and delivery
- An outstanding communicator both technical and program
- A self starter with high degree of self direction and independent drive
- Flexible around process, using process as a tool when it makes sense for a team
