Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of technical and/or design recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for design disciplines, including, but not limited to, Product Designers, UI/UX Designers, Visual/Interface Designers, and/or Design Engineers
Responsibilities
- Partner with Snap’s Product, Growth, Design, and Data Science leadership team to hire top talent in technical and creative domains.
- Develop pipelines for Product, Data Science, Design and other creative positions as defined.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate debriefs, offer processes, and closing.
- Innovate and experiment with methods to improve diversity in talent pipelines.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment.
- Provide a high-touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process for both internal partners and candidates, while maintaining an active pipeline and meeting hiring goals.
- Utilize data reporting to drive process improvements.
- Develop strategies to attract the right talent to join Snap.
- Operate as a Talent Partner through deep partnership and team alignment, applying best practices to enhance our recruitment strategy for creative disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in both small and large tech companies
- Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
- Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders
