Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of technical and/or design recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for design disciplines, including, but not limited to, Product Designers, UI/UX Designers, Visual/Interface Designers, and/or Design Engineers

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Snap’s Product, Growth, Design, and Data Science leadership team to hire top talent in technical and creative domains.
  • Develop pipelines for Product, Data Science, Design and other creative positions as defined.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate debriefs, offer processes, and closing.
  • Innovate and experiment with methods to improve diversity in talent pipelines.
  • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment.
  • Provide a high-touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process for both internal partners and candidates, while maintaining an active pipeline and meeting hiring goals.
  • Utilize data reporting to drive process improvements.
  • Develop strategies to attract the right talent to join Snap.
  • Operate as a Talent Partner through deep partnership and team alignment, applying best practices to enhance our recruitment strategy for creative disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in both small and large tech companies
  • Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders
