Requirements

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on sourcing areas such as Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models roles.
- Deep understanding of Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models concepts, technologies, and applications.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including online platforms, Boolean search, and social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top ML, NLP, and Large Language Models talent.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ML, NLP, and Large Language Models positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
