Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of testing, measurement, or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a large test and engineering systems organization which handles test automation infrastructure, test strategy, test plan development and execution & report management in Power and thermal test areas of Modem, Multimedia, AI and other technologies.
- Daily collaboration with other test engineers in power ecosystem as well as product engineers.
- Use power measurement equipment to collect measurements for system use cases on test platform.
- Manual and Automated execution of test cases for Power/Thermal Dashboards on all Qualcomm chipset for various HLOS and non-HLOS Subsystems (Android, Windows etc.).
- Provide test results and characterization/optimization data to cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
- Experience in any operating systems platform testing (Google Android, Windows phone etc).
- Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High level organization and results documentation.
- Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity.
- Communication and ability to partner with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
- Thermal/Power test experience on any platform is a plus.
- Experience in multi-media technologies (Audio, Video, Camera & etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience of embedded systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of SW product cycle is a plus.
- Development skills in Python, C/C++ is a plus.
