Requirements
- 3+ years of databases, big data, cloud computing, IT, AI, and LLMs
- 1+ year of basic SQL proficiency
- Understanding of marketing technology, digital marketing strategies, concepts, and processes
- 5 years’ experience working in related technologies in a customer-facing role in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership both internal to Amperity and external to partners and customers
- Experience in the ability to transfer knowledge that bridges data, technology, and benefits of products to multiple audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training to Amperity employees, partners, and customers
- Collaborate on curriculum development and instructional design
- Operate within and collaborate on improving the training process, using the LMS
- Create environments, exercises, labs, and quizzes
- Develop strategies and programs to grow enablement programs using a mix of modalities
- Help develop training kits and Train the Trainer programs
- Use product knowledge and customer/employee interaction to identify product opportunities to simplify implementation and usage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of training principles
- Knowledge of adult learning and train the trainer experience
- Experience with video editing
