Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- 3+ years of working in a large Multinational Company or Accounting Firm
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with leading and implementing global transfer pricing models to support CNH Industrial’s business operations and ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing rules and regulations
- Assist in defending global transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions in the face of increasing scrutiny from tax authorities around the world
- Provide support on complex transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning, compliance and periodic review of intercompany transactions
- Produce and cultivate best practice internal controls and documentation standards to achieve efficient standards for transfer pricing compliance
- Continue to develop transfer pricing knowledge and technical skills through on-the-job training and attendance at external courses / presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI modeling and dashboarding and other software tools
- Experience of working within the Accounting, Finance, or Tax department of a large Multinational Company or Accounting Firm
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams and internal business / finance personnel to ensure quality deliverables on a timely basis
- Flexibility to travel both domestic and international
