Requirements

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • TWO (2) or more years of relevant product management, with a strong CX/UX and/or Design experience

Responsibilities

  • Work with PO and Stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of customer personas and pain points and develop customer journey maps.
  • Collaborate with agile product teams, defining user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring continuous delivery of value in alignment with Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
  • Work closely with business owners, design and dev team, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-informed decisions. Identify areas for improvement and recommend new features or changes based on insights.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring product features align with strategic goals and meet business and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problem and think critically, both individually and in a team environment
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis, ideally with a background as a Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, & customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
  • Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira Confluence)
