Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consumer communications efforts, ensuring efficiency, accountability and strong execution
- Build and maintain high-level client relationships, balancing expectations and serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor
- Serve as a strong voice in executive client conversations, advocating for bold, insight-driven work
- Oversee campaign execution across social, creator-led, and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive operational excellence, holding both client and internal teams accountable for priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Effectively operate within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) model, working across multiple agency partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and a seamless approach to execution
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, ensuring streamlined communication, collaboration, and accountability
- Proactively problem-solve and make sound decisions to keep projects on track, ensuring agility and adaptability in fast-moving situations
- Foster a strong team culture by maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment while providing clear direction and structure
- Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring continuous learning
- Manage end-to-end account financials, from scope alignment and planning to forecasting and identifying growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of executing at a high level under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience operating in an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) setting, managing cross-agency partnerships
- Deep experience in consumer communications, ideally with major tech companies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to ask the right questions and drive impactful work
- Strong operational and detail-oriented mindset to drive efficiency and seamless execution
- Experience in creator marketing and experience managing creator-centric campaigns
- Experience in experiential marketing, bringing campaigns to life through immersive activations
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital campaign execution
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, balancing team accountability and collaboration
