Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a finance transformation strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations, lower expenses, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the adoption and integration of advanced financial technologies, including automation, AI, and data analytics, to improve financial reporting and analysis.
- Inspire change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects, including collaborator engagement, communication, and training.
- Identify and leverage high performing finance transformation resources across the firm, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set up critical metrics to gauge the success of finance transformation initiatives and make sure they are in line with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance transformation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment and integration of finance transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
