Responsibilities

  • Own implementation of Mastercard’s HR Governance, Risk and Service Delivery Management Vision, developing the strategy, roadmap and driving execution
  • Define, implement and scale service delivery, risk, and governance strategies that shape the operational framework across P&C
  • Establish a close-loop-feedback system with employees, people leaders and the key P&C stakeholders such as regional PBPs to enable transparency and operational excellence in service of continuous improvement
  • Lead the team and the relationship with Chief Risk Office, Legal and Corporate Security to ensure policy clarity and implementation
  • Owns and manages the service delivery guild and ~ 25 service delivery practitioners
  • Owns all P&C operational rhythms: Governance around key areas such as budget, QOR, and planning cycles: Need for prioritization between GBSC, technology, and service delivery management teams due to high demand exceeding supply. Explore opportunities for investment in various areas
  • Crisis management: Single Hipoint of contact for operational processes around crisis management in P&C
  • Establish governance and risk standards as well as roadmap, and drives execution of service delivery management for the function especially the trade-off choices across design and delivery across quality, cost and experience
