Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expert in WordPress (Blocks or Gutenberg), including plugins, themes, and customizations).
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and UTM best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, to monitor website performance, user engagement, and SEO effectiveness) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL, Pantheon, Yoast, Marketo, OneTrust
  • Implement, configure, and maintain website tracking and analytics tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with website security best practices, ADA/WCAG compliance, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and in-house web development teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience presenting website performance reports to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the web strategy to enhance user engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize the WordPress CMS, ensuring best practices in performance, security.
  • Leverage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to monitor website traffic, behavior, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UTM tracking strategy for all marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Oversee technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance to improve organic rankings.
  • Work with developers to enhance site performance, resolve bugs, and implement new features.
  • Lead website optimization initiatives, leveraging A/B testing and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar) to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, IT, and sales teams to align web initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the website and Marketo forms, lead capture mechanisms, and CRM (Salesforce).
