Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Bachelors in science with years 5 experience or Masters with 3 years experience or PhD with 1 year experience or an additional 4 years in lieu of degree
- Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle from Design to Integration
- Identifies, communicates, and quantifies opportunities for leveraging analytics solutions and applying data analytics
- Acts as liaison with decision makers by providing data-informed strategic direction, and as a liaison with subject matter experts to obtain data sets and set expectations for potential of data analytics
- Understanding of managing data pipelines in Python utilizing object oriented/platform architecture
- Familiarity with SQL Database Platforms e.g. Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL including writing views/stored procedures/functions
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs
Responsibilities
- Direct interfacing and communication with IPT leads and senior managers to ensure complete understanding and implementation of baseline processes and procedures driven by metrics
- Understanding the capabilities of the DIAmetrics platform and work to enhance and maintain the platform to ensure consistent and accurate data processing
- Helping the DIA team maintain and enhance our product and product backlog to ensure accuracy, speed and relevance of metrics
- Assisting the DIA team in creation, updates and delivery of quarterly CDRL deliveries for customer use
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with separate product teams and ensure process cohesion and alignment with overall planning framework
- Ability to analyze and visualize data in an easy to understand and concise pattern for leadership and business use
- Familiarity with web based API discovery and interaction development in Python
- Experience in generating and delivering documents (e.g., CDRLs) on recurring cadence for government use
- Understanding of MBSE modeling tools, such as Cameo or a similar product
