Requirements
- 2-4 years of in-house or agency SEO experience
- A foundational understanding of SEO best practices and principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Comfort working with data and basic Excel functions (VLookups, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team that values curiosity and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Ensure SEO remains a critical and growing contributor to overall sales through thoughtful task execution, competitive research, and ongoing site and content maintenance
- Use a variety of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and others) to report on SEO health and uncover growth opportunities
- Clearly and concisely communicate SEO performance to both SEO stakeholders and non-technical audiences
- Perform keyword research and content gap analysis to discover new areas for content expansion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on SEO projects, supporting broader initiatives and owning tactical optimizations
- Oversee technical site monitoring, flagging any errors or issues and working with the team to resolve them
- Own and maintain our list of priority keywords, ensuring itβs up-to-date and strategically aligned
- Work within our content management systems to implement timely and accurate on-page optimizations
- Support team members across multiple projects from adhoc requests to more streamlined initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technical SEO tasks like site crawls, page speed analysis, or structured data review is a plus
- A curious mindset and interest in search trends, competitive landscapes, and finding the story behind the data
