Requirements
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Experience in customer service or call center
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
- Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
- Determine each customer’s needs by asking the correct questions
- Set appointments for Service Department
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Introduce customers to Service Advisors
- Enter customer information into CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus!
- Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
