Requirements

  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Experience in customer service or call center
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
  • Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
  • Determine each customer’s needs by asking the correct questions
  • Set appointments for Service Department
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Introduce customers to Service Advisors
  • Enter customer information into CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus!
  • Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
