Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or risk management, preferably in supply chain or Service Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude willing to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain models & analysis to identify potential risks to service delivery within our customer service group and the service parts and accessories business.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools/models to identify service delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, operations, and product management teams to gather data for risk identification and mitigation.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare and present assessments on potential risk to operational performance & parts delivery.
  • Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to promote proactive risk management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Exemplify the culture of Assertive Collaboration to improve overall end-to-end Service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
