Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery quality and cost
- Lead and mentor the delivery team to ensure efficient operations
- Analyze and improve processes to enhance overall service delivery performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Point of contact for issue escalation and resolution
- Perform core business process transactions according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions
- Manage risks and security requirements associated with business process
- Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures
