Requirements
- Two (2) years of information systems experience in Centralized Technical Call Center Operations (Previous experience working in a fast-paced technical call center environment)
- An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to both internal and external customers of the Office of Information Services (OIS).
- Receive and record end-user desktop issues.
- Resolve repetitive issues such as password resets and training/inquiry questions.
- Clearly communicate solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
- Provide one-on-one training over the phone or in-person, as needed.
- Pass problems they cannot resolve to upper-level technical support personnel within and outside of the Service Desk.

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced technical call center environment.
- Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision.
