Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical and strategic level management and leadership to field service professionals
  • Set department budgets and manage expenses
  • Address/resolve employee relations issues
  • Translate customer requirements into workforce plans and objectives
  • Create onsite visibility into KPIs and metrics
  • Ensure product, system, and water quality
  • Monitor/maintain appropriate inventory levels for complex or multiple sites
  • Provide proactive direction to commercial teams to ensure service center objectives are achieved
