Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and strategic level management and leadership to field service professionals
- Set department budgets and manage expenses
- Address/resolve employee relations issues
- Translate customer requirements into workforce plans and objectives
- Create onsite visibility into KPIs and metrics
- Ensure product, system, and water quality
- Monitor/maintain appropriate inventory levels for complex or multiple sites
- Provide proactive direction to commercial teams to ensure service center objectives are achieved
