Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in management or supervision of repair, installation, service, support, or other leadership roles.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and service-oriented capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate others with a quick learning ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Manage P&L budgeting for the service department to achieve financial targets and objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to service employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Supervise and manage the service technicians’ work area to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prioritize and allocate work orders effectively to meet customer needs and operational requirements.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by service technicians and staff.
