Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Good understanding of GRC concepts and standard methodologies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and API integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and fix for our future GRC platform, ServiceNow GRC
- Handle user access and permissions within the GRC platform, ensuring appropriate authorization levels
- Assist the Cybersecurity Engineer to craft, develop, engineer and configure GRC solutions, such as TPRM, Risk & Control, Privacy Risk Assessments and Compliance Automation
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Assist in integrations to the GRC platform with other systems and applications using APIs and other technologies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to supervise key metrics and identify trends
- Find opportunities to improve GRC platform automation and implement improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in information security/cybersecurity field would be a plus
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
