Your Impact
The primary purpose of the Services Sales Analyst is to lead efforts for analyzing the performance of Services Sales in Home performance and ensure we are developing the needed execution content to improve. This includes responsibility for supporting the execution development for Project Specialist Exteriors (PSEs), District Services Sales Managers (DSSMs) and Regional Sales Director (RSDs). This role is critical to Lowe’s as it pulls data, reads and interprets this data to help make business decisions and execute the strategy to achieve financial results that align to the expected customer experience.
What You Will Do
Works cross-functionally to manage and organize work processes and ensure most efficient workflow to be implemented with installation management systems
Supports a collaborative environment by working in a team of peers to solve problems and shares information with peers, manager, and customers as appropriate
Support basic procedural questions or assist with triaging low severity issues related to the installation management system
Responsibility for analyzing sales and operational performance for Services to ensure trends and opportunities can be identified
Identify business requirements for monthly enhancements for the installation management system
Is critical to Lowe’s as it supports the Services organization in making improvements to how Services drives installed sales and delivers installation programs
Provides analysis on installation programs’ sales performance to identify opportunities for improving sales and / or the method by which an installation program is sold
Direct how data should be stored and measured by IT in order to provide needed feedback of Services sales and operational performance
Manages the customer satisfaction and installer performance surveys with the Research and Contact Center groups
Conducts on-going analysis on major Services expense accounts to establish monthly expense targets and identify / coordinate mitigation plans for reducing expenses
Collaborates across organizations to provide additional insights regarding promo, program benefits, pricing, and profitability of installs
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 Years of Financial Analysis, data analytics, excel, access
