Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Significant experience in Service Operations/Supply Chain
  • Spain-EU Work Permit

Responsibilities

  • Lead global supply planning standard work and process improvements to support Services long-term business planning
  • Partner with OFS functions-Resources, Tooling, OSS, APM, Training, Sourcing, Value Streams to improve supply planning accuracy improvements and KPI ownership
  • Partner with supply planning stakeholders across the Gas Power organization to align Field Services supply planning strategies relating to Parts, Repairs, New Units, Aero, Steam Power, CSS where relevant
  • Lead cross-supply chain constraint identification process and reconciliation action tracking to understand impact on Field Service business planning
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements to support supply planning improvements
  • Lead the Supply Management Review (SMR) process for Services Sales and Operations planning
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management organization to ensure fleet NPI and fleet Engineering programs are incorporated into supply planning processes
  • Partner with Finance teams to ensure supply planning inputs are tied to financial/budget planning processes
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement roadmap for Services Supply Planning and communicate progress to leadership teams
  • Partner with Demand Planning process owners to prioritize scoping visibility improvement-ex. significant upgrades scopes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to lead and manage complex projects…previous enterprise Program management experience
  • Experience with Field Service outage planning processes-familiar with resource, tooling, sourcing, training processes
  • Past experience leading Sales and Operations planning processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Previous forecasting experience
  • Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
  • Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
  • Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
  • Six Sigma Green/ Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification
