Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Significant experience in Service Operations/Supply Chain
- Spain-EU Work Permit
Responsibilities
- Lead global supply planning standard work and process improvements to support Services long-term business planning
- Partner with OFS functions-Resources, Tooling, OSS, APM, Training, Sourcing, Value Streams to improve supply planning accuracy improvements and KPI ownership
- Partner with supply planning stakeholders across the Gas Power organization to align Field Services supply planning strategies relating to Parts, Repairs, New Units, Aero, Steam Power, CSS where relevant
- Lead cross-supply chain constraint identification process and reconciliation action tracking to understand impact on Field Service business planning
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements to support supply planning improvements
- Lead the Supply Management Review (SMR) process for Services Sales and Operations planning
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management organization to ensure fleet NPI and fleet Engineering programs are incorporated into supply planning processes
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure supply planning inputs are tied to financial/budget planning processes
- Lead the Continuous Improvement roadmap for Services Supply Planning and communicate progress to leadership teams
- Partner with Demand Planning process owners to prioritize scoping visibility improvement-ex. significant upgrades scopes
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to lead and manage complex projects…previous enterprise Program management experience
- Experience with Field Service outage planning processes-familiar with resource, tooling, sourcing, training processes
- Past experience leading Sales and Operations planning processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous forecasting experience
- Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
- Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience
- Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
- Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
- Six Sigma Green/ Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification
