Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of financial services leadership experience, preferably in the Equipment Finance industry
  • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience, preferably in a Risk or Operations capacity

Responsibilities

  • Lead UCC, Titles, Insurance, and Records Management teams to ensure accuracy, security and interest in equipment throughout the life cycle of the loan or lease transactions.
  • Responsible for auditing, tracking, escalation, reporting and any necessary remediation based on the follow up and process support for these activities across the Equipment Finance teams.
  • Work with technology team partners to identify future state technology needs to improve automation and improvements to drive efficiency and maintain risk levels.
  • Quickly Identify and close any critical training, process or structure gaps within the UCC, Insurance, Titles and Records Management teams.
  • Lead, coach, and manage team supervisors and managers; responsible for all human resource management activities including hiring, training, weekly sync up meetings, annual performance reviews, etc.
  • Identify and implement consistent practices across segment portfolio teams. Search for opportunities to reduce risk, improve speed and accuracy, and reduce manual processes.
  • Drive continual improvement of operational processes
  • Work with leadership to establish/report performance goals that align with Equipment Finance objectives
  • Build cross-organizational partnerships
  • Develop reports and dashboards to demonstrate teams progress, roadblocks, successes and gaps. Escalate blockers and gaps and work with leadership and team to address each.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
